Tree falling in a forest?
If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it does it make a sound. I want to know what you think.

Ask yourself, what is a sound? Whatever the scientific explanation is im sure it ends with something that is heard. another pertenant question is, does anything that you cannot see, whether behind you or out of you field of vision, really exist? if no one is around, is the tree there at all? did it even fall? Can you tell me for certain that there is anything behind you? looking in a mirror doesnt work because you are not seeing what is behind you, only an image in front of you. So my answer is, the tree makes a sound if you say it does. if you say it doesnt , then it doesnt. We exist in our own private realms of reality and existence, therefore we make the rules.
